A FANCY FONDREN HOME BAKERY
Our story, in three wags.

Salt Air, a Kitchen Table, and an Old Cookbook
I grew up spending summers by the sea — the Jersey Shore, then Cape Cod — where being with my grandmother in the kitchen was the center of everything. Her handwritten cookbook, pages soft and stained, held family recipes that were really about care as much as comfort. That quiet intention shaped me and shaped House of Woof: its boardwalk feel, its unhurried pace. After thirty years as a nationally certified nurse practitioner, first in neurosurgery then in medical cannabis, I adopted Kyle: she was my first rescue dog. Dignified, opinionated, convinced she is a human misclassified. She was the beginning of everything.

When Love Becomes a Recipe
My love for four-legged friends brought two more into my family: Dexter, a brindle Pit mix who opens doors with his paws, and Gina — short for Regina George, because she has that energy — a black Pit mix struggling with chronic skin issues and ear infections. We tried everything and nothing seemed to work. That’s when I started experimenting in my kitchen. First it was a skin cream that I remixed until I got it just right and Gina’s coat settled. Then when she was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor, my medical cannabis background gave me tools to formulate clean CBD soft chews and biscuits with the same precision I brought to patient care.

Made by Hand, Approved by the Pack
Today, every product is handmade in small batches, tested by the Woof Pack: Kyle, our chief quality inspector; Dexter, who brings joyful chaos to every taste test; and Gina — the heart of all of this — whose comfort is the quiet reason behind everything I make. House of Woof carries the feeling of those Cape Cod summers: boardwalk lights, sandy beach, the sense that the best things are slow, handcrafted, and full of love. Wellness here is personal, evidence-informed, and approved by the Pack.
